With the world of work undergoing a radical transformation, decision-makers need practical insights to lead change at their organisations. With this rapid-fire interview with Eleanor Cavanagh-Lomas of Cisco, we are launching a new series called LeadersSpeak where we connect with top corporate honchos to find out their plans for tomorrow, their roadmap to staying competitive in a post-pandemic business landscape, and the critical lessons they have learned from the crisis, among other things.

Cavanagh-Lomas is VP for People & Communities for Cisco EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) and APJC (Asia Pacific, Japan and China) regions. She leads business partnering and country consulting support to all functions within the regions. She is passionate about driving business outcomes that have employee experience at their core. Cavanagh-Lomas joined Cisco in April 2010 as part of the acquisition of Starent Networks by the US-based IT and networking giant. Prior to her assignments at Starent and Cisco, she spent 8 years at Aspect Software.

As we kick off the series, watch this space for exciting and insightful conversations with the leaders who matter.
