DocuSign appoints first Chief Diversity and Engagement Officer

DocuSign has announced the appointment of Iesha Berry as its first Chief Diversity & Engagement Officer. Berry joins from management consulting firm Slalom, where she held the role of Chief Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Officer.

She has over 20 years' experience in driving diversity, inclusion, and belonging within large global companies, with her DE&I career spanning Pfizer, Bank of America, Prudential, and Microsoft.

Australian Retailers Association appoints Nicole Sheffield as President

Wesfarmers' Managing Director of Data & Digital, Nicole Sheffield has been appointed as the new President of the Australian Retailers Association (ARA) Council. 

Around 34 percent of ASX 200 board roles are filled by women, and while there’s a long way to go to ensure equal representation in that regard, the ARA takes a step in a positive direction.

KPMG Australia names Wiise co-creator John Munnelly as new Chief Digital Officer

Earlier this week, KPMG Australia announced the appointment of John Munnelly as the new Chief Digital Officer of the company. As per the company statement, Munnelly will continue to retain his responsibility as executive director of KPMG-backed cloud accounting vendor Wiise, which he co-created himself in 2014.

In his new role, Munnelly will be tasked with leading the Big Four consulting firm’s technology agenda, as well as working on clients' digital transformation projects. He will also report directly to KPMG Australia chief executive Andrew Yates.

Shorr Packaging ropes in Rekha Jones as Chief Human Resource Officer

Yesterday, Global packaging firm Shorr Packaging has announced the appointment of Rekha Jones as the organization's Chief Human Resources Officer, effective immediately. 

In her new role, Rekha will be tasked to oversee all elements of the company's people strategy and people functions. She will also engage across the business to support Shorr in employer branding opportunities across the ever-growing supply chain industry.

PeopleStrong ropes in Hero Vired’s Satyajit Menon as Group Chief Human Resource Officer

Earlier this week,  PeopleStrong announced the appointment of Satyajit Menon, the new Group Chief Human Resources Officer of the company. Previously, Satyajit Menon was Head HR at Hero Vired, an Edtech company he joined in June 2021.  

The appointment comes as part of PeopleStrong’s continued focus on people care and that too at a time where many companies are engaging and developing the best talent towards technology-driven innovations in the HR space across Asia Pacific.
