Talking about how digital transformation has redefined the role of HR, especially in digital companies, Monica Oudang, Chief Human Resources Officer of Go-Jek shares, “Given the growth of digital start up all over the world, the demand for HR as a function has definitely shifted. The birth of a lot of these digital companies by nature forces HR to rethink a lot of its processes and move towards utilizing technology especially in the area of automation and data analytics that can support the business to make better, sharper business and commercial decisions.
