We all had to adapt to working-from-home overnight. As organisations are finding their balance between on-site, remote, and blended, it is clear that we will need to enable our managers to master how to align, engage & motivate virtual teams.

This survey aims to identify the most significant challenges organisations face and provide direction on how to fix it at a managerial level.
